Details:

Take action to end violence against women and children. The Moose Hide Campaign is back, leading up to the Walk to End Violence on May 14.

Walk details:

• Gather at Lakehead University (Agora) – 11:30 AM
• Opening remarks, prayer, and drum – 11:45 am
• Walk begins – 12:00 PM
• Route: Lakehead University → Golf Links → ONWA/Beendigen → Confederation College
• Closing gathering at Confederation College Outdoor Theatre with speakers, drumming, and community – 1 pm

Before the walk, we’re calling on workplaces across Thunder Bay to step up for our Employee Challenge on May 6. The goal: get your teams – especially men and boys – involved in ending violence by wearing the Moose Hide pin and starting meaningful conversations.
