The Martial Arts & Health Expo will be taking place May 16 & 17 at the Lakehead University Avila Centre. This weekend event features world-class instructors representing diverse martial arts disciplines, and unique programming that includes meditation and movement-based wellness sessions.

The Expo welcomes participants of all ages. A featured Youth Seminar Series will provide training and mentorship for young martial artists. Exclusive women-only sessions will be offered as well.

Tourism Thunder Bay is proud to support this event through the CEDC Tourism Development Fund.
